Data Deletion Instructions

HelpDeskAI is operated by GETMEPAID DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Submit the form below with the email address (and optionally the WhatsApp phone number) associated with your data.
  2. You will receive a confirmation code. Keep it to follow up on your request.
  3. We verify and process deletion requests within 30 days. Once processed, your conversation history, contact record and related personal data are permanently removed from our systems.

If you are signed in, you can also start deletion yourself from Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone: your data is deleted automatically after a 30-day countdown, and you can cancel any time before it ends. Prefer email? Write to support@helpdeskai.cloud.
